White Dragon Fruit (Selenicereus undatus, syn. Hylocereus undatus) is a stunning cactus grown for its spectacular flowers and delicious fruit. Pink-skinned with white flesh and a mild kiwi-like flavour — great fun to grow at home!

Mainly grown in Central and South America, it's packed with nutritional benefits and makes a striking houseplant even before it fruits.
