Kalanchoe laetivirens | Mother of Thousands - Plugs/ Plantlet

Kalanchoe laetivirens is a hybrid species of Kalanchoe.

This plant is thought to be a hybrid - Kalanchoe daigremontiana and K. laxiflora, these plants are sometimes called Bryophyllum.

A lovely fresh green  colour and grows baby plantlets (or bulbils) on the edges of its leaves - many Kalanchoes species do this.

The leaves are remarkable for their ability to produce bulbils. At their margin, between the teeth, adventitious buds appear, which produce roots, stems and leaves. When the plantlets fall to the ground, they root and can become larger plants. This is a fairly common trait in the section Bryophyllum.
